Cliff is one of a handful of people who achieved their goal of becoming an executive in a Fortune 500 company. He built this career at one organization, starting as a sales representative and eventually becoming VP of Operations for a $400 million region, with 1800 employees.

As an executive, Cliff is widely known as an innovative, results-oriented leader, and a strategic thinker with a broad range of focus. He has been praised for the level of trust he achieves with customers, peers, subordinates, and senior management. In all leadership situations he recognizes that his success comes from empowering others to take ownership of the process and results. His particular areas of expertise include: P&L Management, Operations Management, Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness and Development, Restructuring, Strategic Planning, Marketing & Sales, Account Retention and Process Implementation Management.

These skill sets and the extensive experience Cliff has gained from his business career in working with Executives of Fortune 500 companies, Business Owners, Managers, and Employees across a broad spectrum of industries, combine to make him an extremely competent Business, Executive and Career Coach. He understands organizations, the dynamics of company culture and the importance of developing "who you are“, to achieve life and career goals. He has a passion to help others achieve their goals and is energized by their success.

As a graduate from Spring Arbor College with a B.A. in Human Resources, Cliff has further developed his business acumen at The University of Texas at Arlington and Capital University in Columbus Ohio. A native Texan, he is a dedicated runner, logging more than 14,000 lifetime miles, participating in numerous road races and three marathons since 1990.

Cliff is a member of the Austin Texas Chapter of the International Coach Federation, an alumni of the Center for Creative Leadership, has been a career development facilitator in the University of Texas Informal Classes program, and has been  featured in the Austin Business Journal as an "Ask the Experts" contributing writer. He is the Principal of Sorrell McIntyre & Associates.
